It has been set that Sarah Palin will speak at the first annual National Tea Party Convention in Nashville where she will get the opportunity to speak with members of the Tea Party movement. While rumors, lies and shocking announcements have been made about this event, none was greater than the announcement that the convention will be televised.
The sole reason why Palin has decided to participate in the event is to talk to those who have opinions that matter. She wants to give back to the people who have put their faith in her and answer the questions from the everyday hard-working American.
She recognizes the fact that some will be driving hundreds of miles to attend the event in Nashville. However, she was quick to point out that participation does not stop if you do not have a ticket. It is the perfect opportunity to interact and connect with people around the country, which is precisely why she intends on speaking with thousands of Americans watching online through Twitter.
In addition to this, she has plans of continuing the conversation through various news outlets and her Facebook page. There really is no better way to communicate with someone these days than through Twitter and Facebook and Palin recognizes this. And with the event now being televised by Fox News, CNN, Reuters TV and the internet media company PJTV, people will get to see what exactly is said at the National Tea Party Convention.
She believes there are millions of Americans who have a voice about various issues and she has intentions of hearing these voices at the event. She says she looks forward to meeting the hard-working Americans “who share a commitment to limited government, common sense, and personal responsibility.”
Instead of focusing on the people at the top-tier, this is the opportunity people from the bottom have been waiting for. It is strictly a ground-up call to action according to Sarah Palin, which she believes already has both political parties beginning to question the way they do business.
There is no question that people are unsatisfied with things going on around the country today. There are constant protests, marches and rallies centered around various issues involving real people who have real feelings about common-sense policies and values.
Palin recognizes and acknowledges the fact that the movement leading toward the Tea Party Convention will be loud and messy because of the fact that it is bigger than politics or organizers.
So who is the Tea Party focused on? According to Palin, it is certainly not about her. She says she will not benefit financially from it whatsoever as her goals are to support the grassroots activists who are fighting for responsible and limited government. Instead of the event being about her, she says it is about everyday Americans who farm, run small businesses, teach and serve our country.
These are the people that have recognized a change for the worse happening to our country and have decided to make their voices heard. It is the vision of those who are attending town hall meetings and writing letters to the editor that truly attracted Palin to this event.
She was adamant to say this has nothing to do with commercial appeal and is nothing more than a grassroots uprising. It is almost like a blast from the past in regards to those who marched peacefully for civil rights and she believes it is reemerging. People are rising together to make a difference in the beautiful country we live in and Sarah Palin wants to be a part of it. This is why she is anxious and excited to be a part of the first annual National Tea Party Convention.

Sarah Palins New Book "Going Rogue"
Sarah Palin has been on the news in recent years and is currently in the news. She is well remembered as the former governor of Alaska and her run for vice president as the Republican candidate. There have been many times that Sarah could have taken off and hidden until she was out of the spotlights; instead, she is using the media attention to be a positive influence on men and women everywhere.
Not many people would take a stand and keep a positive attitude about everything. Sarah and her family were put under the media microscope, but they didn’t let this destroy them or their attitude about life.
Instead, Sarah has written a book about her experiences running for vice president, the interview that was done with Katie Couric and other aspects of her life. The book was just recently released and is now available to the public. Her book is titled “Going Rogue.”
She also stepped down as the governor of Alaska so that she could better help the citizens of that state as a regular citizen herself. Interviews have been done with Barbara Walters and Oprah Winfrey about all of the things that have happened in the past and are currently happening.
Sarah gets positive statements made about her, but there have also been a lot of negative things said. She doesn’t let this bother her and keeps a positive attitude about it all, which is not an easy thing to do at all. Men and women everywhere can look at her and see a strong woman, mother, wife and positive role model.
Many people take what the media says and takes it as gospel. This is not the right thing to do because they can and do get their information wrong once in a while. Sarah Palin was put into the spotlight and still is, more than most other people. She has not been given a chance to say what she wants to like other people have been allowed to.
The media is not always fair and this is just something that everyone has to expect, but that doesn’t mean that it has to influence your life so much. Sarah has used the media to her advantage instead of letting it get her down. She is a fighter and that is something that a lot of people are not. This is what makes her a great positive role model for anyone.
She will not give up on life and will continue to fight for what she feels is right. Taking that lesson from her can help anyone get through life. There have been many rumors about Sarah running for the presidency in 2012, but she has not made any claims to this.
According to her, she doesn’t know what she will be doing that far ahead. Any rumors that are heard, you need to remember that they are just that, rumors. If Sarah has any plans in the future, she will let everyone know. In the mean time, why not do what she does and keep a positive attitude about life and whatever happens and make as much of a difference in life as you can. Sarah took advantage of this happening to her and her family to share with others how life doesn’t have to bring you to a stand-still. Use what you have and what you are given to move forward and make as much difference in life as possible. Sarah hasn’t given up, no matter what has happened to her and her family. That should help you see that no matter what happens in life, it can be overcome. Sarah Palin is a great role model for many people and she can be one for you to. A positive attitude will definitely benefit you in life as Sarah has shown on countless occasions in the past and recently.
